Opinion Leader appointed to new Ofwat roster

Ofwat, the UK’s economic regulator for water and sewerage companies, has appointed Opinion Leader as part of a new four-year market research framework.

Work commissioned under the new framework will range from fieldwork to full service projects including a mix of quantitative, qualitative and deliberative techniques.
Specific projects may include research with households, business customers, consumers or a variety of stakeholders/opinion formers on a range of topics relating to the Authority's activities as the economic regulator of the water industry.

Viki Cooke, Chair said about the appointment: “Opinion Leader has extensive experience of conducting research within the water and utility industry and we are delighted to be part of this new framework.”

The framework will be open for use by other central government departments, their agencies and non-departmental public bodies.
