Scott Ramsay, a brand and communications research specialist, has been appointed as Research Director at Opinion Leader.

Joining from Firefish Ltd, Scott has over 16 years experience in qualitative research, including spells in Moscow and the USA. He has spent the last 9 years working for leading London agencies.

Scott has conducted global and domestic qualitative projects spanning all parts of the planning cycle including strategy research, creative development, messaging and post-launch evaluation for a number of blue chip clients, including Microsoft, Nestlé, Reckitt Benckiser, the RSA and News International.

Viki Cooke, Chair of Chime Research and Engagement Division said about the appointment: “Scott has outstanding credentials and we are very happy he has joined Opinion Leader. His strong background in brand and communication research will without a doubt be an asset to the agency going forward.”

Scott joined Opinion Leader in October.
