The Opinion Leader Forum is a new think tank division of Opinion Leader. Its focus is on challenges where the solutions involve culture and behaviour change. Drawing on a mixture of primary and secondary research, our policy experts look at how information, legislation, communications, regulation, financial incentives, and other policy tools can be used to change culture and behaviour. Our aim is to develop strategies that deliver behavioural changes which become embedded in culture – part of simple common sense.
